Corrections — yes, please
A price that has moved, a lot that now charges, a closed trail, a ferry that changed its timetable, a name we spelled wrong. Name the page and what is wrong on it. You do not need to prove it; we will go and check the source.
Questions about Sanibel — usually
We answer what we can, when we can, and we are honest when the answer is “we do not know”. We are a small team, so this is not a concierge service and we cannot plan your itinerary for you.
Bookings, refunds and cancellations — no
We are not the merchant and we hold none of your money. Your booking contract is with the operator through our booking partner, and only they can change or refund it. Their confirmation email is the fastest route. If they will not answer you, we would still like to know — it affects whether we keep recommending them.
Paid placement, link exchanges and sponsored posts — no
Not for sale, at any price, and the answer will not change on a second email. If you run something in Sanibel and think we have it wrong or have missed it, say so as a correction — that we will read properly. How we make money explains why.
